The OruVia Commitment to Discretion
At OruVia, privacy is not a compliance checkbox; it is a pillar of our brand. We understand that our partners—global executives, founders, and leaders—operate in high-stakes environments where data security and personal anonymity are paramount. This policy outlines how we protect your information across our Strategic HQ and Lagos Operations Hub.
1. Information Collection: The Scope of Intake
To provide high-precision lifestyle management, we collect information that falls into three categories:
- Professional Identity: Name, title, organization, and professional contact details provided during your Triage Session.
- Operational Context: Preferences, scheduling requirements, and logistical gaps shared to facilitate your 30-Day Executive Sprint.
- Logistical Data: Necessary travel documents, SIM activation details, or residential setup requirements for on-ground support in Lagos.
2. The Principle of “Limited Access”
Your data is strictly restricted. Only your Named Executive Partner and the core operational leadership at OruVia have access to your specific preferences and sensitive instructions. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third-party marketing firms.
3. Operational Security (The Lagos Standard)
Recognizing the “Trust Deficit” in high-friction environments, we employ rigorous on-ground protocols:
- Vetted Networks: We only share necessary logistical data (e.g., arrival times) with our highly vetted drivers and security partners.
- Physical Security: Documents and sensitive hardware handled by our Lagos Operations Hub are managed under strict chain-of-custody protocols.
4. Digital Safeguards
- Encrypted Communication: We utilize secure, encrypted channels for the transmission of sensitive executive briefings and personal data.
- NDA Integration: Every OruVia employee and partner is bound by a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of their engagement.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide your dedicated capacity. Upon the conclusion of a partnership, OruVia follows a secure “De-boarding Protocol” where sensitive operational data is purged from our active systems at your request.
6. International Compliance
As a dual-structure firm (US Strategic HQ + Lagos Operations Hub), we align our data practices with international standards of privacy protection, ensuring your information is handled with the same care regardless of where the service is rendered.
